Description: On July 28, 2020, Defendants, including GABRIEL VALDEZ, NAEEM
SHAHID, LUIS CARDENAS and other unknown police officers, unlawfully approached to the Plaintiff and demanded him to step out from the apartment. They advised Plaintiff that he was being arrested for assaulting his girlfriend, although in fact Plaintiff did not commit any such assault, nor did his girlfriend make any such complaint to the police at any point, or bear any signs or indications of having been assaulted. They violently contorted Plaintiff’s arms behind his back in order to apply metal handcuffs to his wrists.
