Description: On March 10, 2021, at approximately 9:30 PM, the defendants, NYPD Police Officer Deondre Castello and other police officers of the NYPD, John and Jane Doe #s 1-10 (identities unknown), unlawfully arrested the plaintiff, Chandler Sterling at his mother's residence located at 58 Pine Street, Kings County, New York. Mr. Sterling was parked and siting in his rental car when the defendants arrived in two unmarked police vehicles. After conversing with an individual across the street, the defendants approached Mr. Sterling's vehicle, commanding him to exit.
