Description: On or about July 22, 2018 Police Officer Connor Convery (Shield #17471), Police Officer N. Vandyke (Shield #956314) and several other unidentified police officers (collectively, the "PO") forcibly seized and detained Plaintiff in Bronx County. Thereafter, Plaintiff was arrested without evidence that he had committed any crime of violation of law. When Plaintiff objected to the false arrest, the POs pulled him out of his car, searched his body numerous times, searched his car and arrested him. The POs accused and charge Plaintiff with possession of weapon (pocket knife) which the POs incorrectly classified as a gravity knife. The POs stopped the Plaintiff because he was a young Hispanic male operating a vehicle...
