Complaint
Description: On January 18, 2022, Plaintiff was on the sidewalk with some friends when he observed several uniformed defendant officers walking towards them. Defendant approached Plaintiff and told him he was going to frisk him. During this encounter, Plaintiff’s hands were above his head, as he was instructed, and then defendant conducted the unlawful frisk and did not feel anything hard or anything he believed to be illegal. When asked why the defendants was doing the search, defendant ignored the plaintiff. Plaintiff, uncomfortable with the unlawful search, turned away from the defendant.
