Complaint
Description: During a teaching lesson on January 31, 2019, the plaintiff was approached by a student who claimed another student was bullying him. The plaintiff addressed the issue and the bullying student G.R. threw his notebook at the teacher. The situation was addressed to the principal and was later addressed with the student's parents. The plaintiff had corporal punishment placed on her which alleged that she hit the student G.R. in his face with the same book. Outside the meeting room were NYPD officers that led the plaintiff to believe that the child made false accusations about the situation to his parents.
