Description: On September 1, 2018, at approximately 8:13 p.m., Plaintiff was walking towards the exit of the subway station at Lexington Avenue and East 125th Street, when he was illegally stopped by Defendants, VARDZEL, YEUNG, GUEVARRA, AMBERSLEY, SOTO, and MUNOZ. Plaintiff Had not committed any crime and the Defendants had no legal basis for the stop. Defendants then proceeded to illegally search Plaintiff. Defendants falsely claimed that Plaintiff had sexually abused, forcible touched, and endangered the welfare of a child.
