Description: On October 21, 2020, defendant-officers, including Officer Antonin Gjeloshi (Shield No. 04841), approached and stopped plaintiff, a Hispanic and/or Latinx female, without probable cause, reasonable suspicion, or any legal justification. Defendants falsely accused plaintiff with the criminal offense of assault. Defendants ignored exculpatory information proffered by plaintiff. Defendants then illegally seized plaintiff, aggressively grabbed her head and body, searched her property and person, and violently placed plaintiff's wrists into tightened metal handcuffs.
