Complaint
Description: On or about August 11, 2017, at approximately 6:00 AM, several officers from the New York City Police Department, including Officer Cole (#947728) and "John Does 1-4," entered Marilyn Thomas-King's apartment at 671 Westchester Avenue, Bronx, New York, without presenting a search warrant. During the search, the officers allegedly damaged furniture, electronics, and other household items. No arrests were made, and the plaintiff was not charged. As a result, Ms. Thomas-King claims to have suffered severe psychological and emotional distress, as well as humiliation and embarrassment.
