Description: On June 13, 2012, Plaintiffs were inside a commercial premise when Defendant NYPD POs including PO Juan Infante approached them, battered them, and falsely accused some of them of having committed the crime of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. The Defendant POs then handcuffed Plaintiffs, arrested them, and removed them to a precinct, followed by to Central Booking where they were forced to remain in a jail cell.
