Description: On August 14, 2013, at 45 Fleet Walk in Brooklyn, NY, defendants unlawfully arrested and assaulted plaintiff, including using pepper spray. Injuries caused by defendants were treated at Woodhull Hospital, including swelling to plaintiff’s left hand and wrist and an avulsion fracture to plaintiff’s right acromion process. Defendants prepared a prepared false police reports accusing plaintiff of felony and misdemeanor assault. Villaroman made false statements to the Brooklyn DA, causing plaintiff to be prosecuted. Plaintiff was arraigned and after being jailed thirty hours, released but required to appear in Criminal Court to defend the false charges.
