Description: On September 30, 2011, in the vicinity of 10th Street, Queens, NY, plaintiff was driving in his car with his fiancé. Defendants Pizzino and Doe approached and stopped the car without cause. Defendant officers demanded to see plaintiff’s driver’s license and registration. Plaintiff went to get the documents, but the defendant officers grabbed him from the car, and threw him on the ground, and when plaintiff complained they pepper sprayed him. Officers handcuffed plaintiff so tight that they cut into his wrists. More officers arrived, including named defendants, and some of them struck plaintiff while others looked on.
