Description: Defendant Plainclothes officers appeared at Plaintiff's apartment and asked to search it. Plaintiff did not consent and then officers asked Plaintiff to accompany them to the Precinct. Plaintiff agreed and was then interrogated and held for 72 hours. Plaintiff was denied access to her attorney and was charged with assault and then murder. Plaintiff was denied a preliminary hearing.
