Description: On three occasions, March 9 2017, June 28 2017 and May 16 2018 Pro Se Plaintiff Mr. Yerushalayim was taken to a psychiatric unit by EMS, facilitated by police officers, against his will. All three events took place at a dentist's office. Mr. Yerushalayim sued his dentist and also named two unknown police officers for acting in tandem with EMS and unlawfully seizing him to transport him to the hospital. Mr. Yerushalayim was never arrested nor charged with any crimes.
