Description: On May 29, 2019, Plaintiff was accused of assaulting her son. Plaintiff was arrested by NYPD officers, including Kristin Flanagan, Wilfredo Ramos, Alan Bungay, Renette Pierre-Antoine, and Sergeant Robert Chiusano. Prior to the arrest, Plaintiff’s son sustained injuries during an incident with another student at his school. Plaintiff received notice of the incident and went to the school. Plaintiff’s son was missing, and she spent hours searching for him. Eventually, she was called into the precinct to retrieve her son.
