Description: On May 15, 2017, plaintiff was walking down the street when he was hit by a stray bullet intended for members of a gang. Plaintiff was taken to a hospital, where NYPD Detective Bernard Solomon, Officer Edwin Baez, and Detective Sean Smith searched plaintiff and seized his clothes and cell phone, which were never returned to him.
