Description: On October 23, 2019, Sable D. Ford, while nine months pregnant, was driving to her OBGYN appointment and encountered a vehicle blocking traffic on 84th Street. Ford asked the female passenger to close the door, which led to a verbal exchange. The vehicle, the complaint alleges, was driven by NYPD Officer Orsy Quada and accompanied by Special Enforcement Police Officer Jane Doe, followed Ford and pulled her over.
