Complaint
Description: On December 1, 2019, Plaintiff was driving her vehicle to drop a friend off at her house. Immediately after Plaintiff’s friend exited the vehicle, Defendant Officers approached Plaintiff with their guns drawn. Upon approach, Defendant Officers immediately directed Plaintiff to hand over her driver’s license and registration, to which Plaintiff inquired as to the reason why Defendants were asking for her license and registration. Defendant Officers stated that the vehicle was double parked and obstructing traffic.
