Description: On December 31, 2021, Plaintiff was entering his aunt's home when officers rushed towards him without probable cause. Out of fear, Plaintiff rushed towards the gate of the home and fell in chase, striking his head on the metal gate before losing consciousness. When Plaintiff came to, he was on the ground and handcuffed. Plaintiff was then transported to the precinct and falsely accused of criminal possession of a weapon. Plaintiff was transported to prison and stayed there for 8 months while awaiting trial. All charges were subsequently dismissed.
