He was incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably.

Description: On or around February 21, 2020 at around 10:30PM, Plaintiff Quatrell Daniels was accosted by multiple NYPD Officers while on a Bronx street. These officers, which included Officers Abdelhadi Aanouz and Nicholas Santomero as well as some Unidentified Officers, beat the Plaintiff and dragged him on the ground. As a result of the excessive force deployed by the Defendants, Plaintiff Daniels suffered injuries to his face and head. Plaintiff was cuffed and brought to the 47th Precinct, where he was charged with crimes he did not commit.
