Description: On April 19, 2011, Plaintiffs, who are African-American, were in a parked car outside. Defendants suspected Plaintiff KALVIN Hinds had a weapon. Plaintiffs were about to drive away. Then, Defendants McCoy and Delaney used their night-stick to smash the passenger door windows of the car. After this illegal seizure, Plaintiff KALVIN Hinds was dragged outside of the car. Plaintiff Crystal Ruiz demanded to know why the officers were acting in that violent fashion. However, her requests were ignored.
