Description: Plaintiff purchased food at a McDonalds and was told by the owner that she was not allowed to sit in the seating area. The owner was only not letting African American teenagers not sit in the location. Defendant Officers then arrived, ordered Plaintiff to leave the restaurant, threw out her food, and then slammed her on the ground and tightly handcuffed her. Plaintiff was arrested and charged with OGA, Resisting Arrest, and Trespass, which were later ACD'd.
