Description: On September 13, 2012, Plaintiffs Anton Walker and Sean Walker were going home in a vehicle being driven by Anton Walker. They came to a stop at a red light and were approached by two police officers, one of whom was Defendant PO Gene Dolce. The Defendant Officers reached into the vehicle and removed the keys from the ignition and searched the occupants without consent or probable cause. The defendants ripped apart the inside of the vehicle during their search. The Plaintiff brothers were forcefully removed from the scene, falsely imprisoned, detained, and falsely charged with possession of marijuana and were prosecuted until the charges were dismissed by the District Attorney's office.
