Description: On March 31, 2020, Plaintiff was seated in the backseat of a parked van when Defendant Officers showed up and unlawfully searched him and the other passengers. Plaintiff was unlawfully arrested for possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Plaintiff was not aware that the car was stolen and was not operating the van nor was he ever seen behind the wheel of it.
