Description: On November 4, 2020, NYPD officers assaulted and arrested the plaintiff, using force against him including placing excessively tight plastic cuffs on the plaintiff's wrists. They also caused damage to the plaintiff's camera. He was transported to a precinct and spent hours in custody before he was released. As a result of the officers’ unlawful conduct, the plaintiff was deprived of his liberty and sustained physical, emotional, and other injuries.

Description: On August 22, 2020, Plaintiff was approached by P.O.s including Officer Eddie Colon while doing nothing unlawful and was stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained causing him to sustain serious and permanent injuries that rendered him sick, sore, lame, and disabled. Plaintiff incarcerated for over 24 hours, subjected to a strip search, and prosecuted on false charges. All charges against Plaintiff were terminated favorably.
