Description: On February 17, 2023, the plaintiff was at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, when he was approached by NYPD Officer Michelle George and several unidentified officers. Without probable cause or justification, the plaintiff was assaulted, choked, and thrown to the ground by the defendants. He was taken into custody against his will, transported to the 78th Precinct, and subsequently to Central Booking, where he was held without being informed of the reason for his detention.
