Description: On July 12, 2014, Plaintiff was operating his vehicle near an intersection in the Bronx when he was pulled over by Officers Courtney Burns, Kayan Dawkins, and Sgt. Carlos Deleon. Officers told him to exit his vehicle and he complied. They searched his car and found nothing. They placed him in cuffs and arrested him. He was held for several hours at the precinct and was later arraigned on false allegations of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and obstructing governmental administration. All charges were dismissed on February 10, 2016.
