Description: On June 1, 2020, Plaintiff participated in a peaceful protest. Officers placed barricades around plaintiff and others and began to arrest protestors, including plaintiff. Ofc. Adam Mellusi grabbed plaintiff and brought him to the ground. Plaintiff told the officer that he hadn't done anything wrong. Ofcs. Giselle Rodriguez, Joel Martinez, Alexander Bustamonte, and a John Doe came over and struck plaintiff to the ground, tasered him, and arrested him with tight handcuffs.
