Description: On September 20, 2020, Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of Prospect Avenue and East 163rd Street in Bronx County. At approximately 10:30 pm, Defendants Rodriguez, Mobarek, Crosby, Doe, and Roe approached Plaintiff for no reason. Defendant officers did not have a warrant, probable cause, reasonable cause, or any legal justification, and based on fraud, perjury, and misrepresentations, stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained Plaintiff in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff was subject to a strip search without any legal reason or justification. Plaintiff was arraigned after his arrest and thereafter falsely and maliciously prosecuted with committing a crime.

Description: On October 13, 2020, around 10:00 PM, near East 165th Street and Bryant Avenue, Bronx, Defendant Officers Mark Mobarek, Lauren Moriarty, John Doe, and John Roe approached Plaintiffs Hakeem Smith, Attim Walker, and Tarrell Austin for no reason and stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained them (stop and frisk). While in Defendant Officer's custody, Plaintiffs were subjected to a strip search and assault of his head, neck, back, body, and limbs. Plaintiffs were falsely arrested and incarcerated for over 24 hours prior to release, after arraignment at Bronx Criminal Court, and were then required to make numerous court appearances before their charges were terminated.
