Description: On August 31, 2012, Plaintiff's ex-girlfriend called the NYPD and alleged that Plaintiff threatened her via telephone and made her fear for her safety. On September 5, 2012, Plaintiff was arrested based on his ex-girlfriend's allegations and charged with aggravated harassment. On or about September 21, 2012, Plaintiff received a telephone call from Detective Mark Martin, who told Plaintiff about the ex-girlfriend's August 31 allegations and asked him to turn himself in to the 48th Precinct to be arrested for aggravated harassment.
