Description: On October 28, 2018, at approximately 4:27 a.m., Steffon Collins was brought to NYC Health + Hospital's Jacobi Medical Center following a gunshot wound. Collins informed immediate police officers, and medical staff that he was unable to identify his shooter. At the time of his admission to Jacobi Medical Center, Collins had a positive blood alcohol level of 0.164 at the time of his admission. Collins would later identify '2Gee' as the shooter to a medical staffer and Defendant-NYPD Detective James A. McBrown. Defendant-McBrown and defendant-NYPD officers Adela Rodriguez, Scott Patterson, Patrick Sullivan, Michael Fahy, subsequently pursued plaintiff in connection with the shooting.
