Description: On September 18, 2013 Alan Radin was arrested for alleged sexual assaults of Seophia Terzulli and Aziza Shuler. Radin was arraigned on September 20, 2013 and charged. Radin was told Shuler picked him out of a photo array and a lineup and Terzulli picked him from a line up. However, Terzulli stated she was only 75% sure that it was him. Detective Drior failed to disclose this and as such falsified evidence against Radin. Charges were ultimately dismissed by the DA.
