Complaint
Description: On July 27, 2019, defendant POs handcuffed and falsely arrested plaintiff when plaintiff was lawfully present at 213 East 87st Street. The defendant POs transported plaintiff to the 67th Precinct and then transported to Kings County Central Bookings. The Defendant POs provided the District Attorney's Office with the false, misleading and/or incomplete information that plaintiff committed a crime. On July 28, 2019, plaintiff was arraigned in Kings County Criminal Court and charged with criminal sale of alcohol without a license, and the judge released plaintiff on her own recognizance. On September, 12, 2019, all charges against plaintiff were dismissed.
