Description: On January 3, 2018, Plaintiff was in a building on 92-36 Merrick Boulevard in Queens, NY, when Officers Williams, Peters, Fontaine, Valle, Muller, and John or Jane Doe 1-10 stopped and searched him on the spot without warrant. The officers alleged Plaintiff had committed a prior assault, and they arrested and charged Plaintiff with one count of assault in the second degree. The officers tightly handcuffed Plaintiff so that he was in pain. At the precinct, Plaintiff was further strip searched and received a cavity inspection.
