Description: On May 18, 2019, plaintiff was lawfully eating food at 841 Gates Avenue, Brooklyn, NY when he was surrounded by defendants, unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, searched, handcuffed and falsely arrested. Plaintiff was falsely charged with possession of a firearm that was allegedly recovered from 680 Quincy St , Apt. 4B, Brooklyn, NY on March 29, 2019. Plaintiff was not present at that location when the gun was allegedly recovered, nor does plaintiff live at that location. Plaintiff was transported to the 81st Precinct and unlawfully searched, then transported to Brooklyn Central Booking.
