Description: On May 13, 2016, defendants grabbed and handcuffed the plaintiff in an excessive manner. The plaintiff was in fear of being struck by loaded guns. It's not clear from the complaint if plaintiff was actually struck by the gun. Plaintiff was put in handcuffs so tight that his wrists turned bright red. Plaintiff was held in custody for 5 days.
