Complaint
Description: On or about September 2, 2016 PO Omar Habib, Det. Antonio Esparra, Det. Michael Caridi, PO Daisy Gonzalez, and PO Ingoglio wrongfully accused Plaintiff of various possession charges, falsely handcuffed, threatened, and arrested him, and detained him in the precinct, Central Booking, and Riker's Island. They further testified falsely to the Grand Jury and perjured themselves at trial. Proceedings terminated in favor of the Plaintiff.
