Complaint
Description: On January 9, 2017, Plaintiff noticed a woman standing next to a disabled vehicle who needed assistance. Plaintiff pulled his vehicle over and attempted to assist the woman, who explained that her car broke down while she was driving and she did not know what to do. Plaintiff attempted to charge the woman's car battery but despite Plaintiff's efforts was unable to get the woman's car running, so Plaintiff called 911 to report the disabled vehicle and to request assistance for the woman. Defendant Police Officer Ralph Giordano, Police Officer Saeed Rubaid, and Sergeant Bekim Becaj responded to the scene and thanked Plaintiff for helping the woman when they arrived.
