Complaint
Description: On June 28, 2020, while the plaintiff was lawfully present at a hospital, defendants NYPD officers, including Officer Leon Batson, Lieutenant Yael Magori, and Officer Marc Fontana, unlawfully searched and falsely arrested him without probable cause or legal justification. The defendants also unlawfully evicted the plaintiff from his apartment when they falsely arrested him and charged him with trespassing into an apartment. Additionally, the defendants unlawfully seized the plaintiff’s motor vehicle and conducted an unlawful search of the vehicle at the precinct.
