Description: On September 17, 2014, the Queens County District Attorney issued a press release, identifying Plaintiff Lucas as someone conspiring with others to commit murder. Plaintiff Lucas was arrested on September 16, 2014. Defendant NYPD officers prepared false documents claiming Plaintiff Lucas's role in conspiracy murder. Plaintiff Lucas convicted of conspiracy to commit murder in the second degree. Conviction overturned on November 14, 2018.

Description: Plaintiff was at his girlfriend's apartment when Defendant Officers rushed in, struck plaintiff in the head with a shield, dragged him to the living room, and handcuffed him.
