Description: On May 29, 2020, Plaintiff was stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted battered and detained in an aggressive and excessive manner by POs Matthew Miret, John Migliaccio, Nicholas Rios, Mark Herman, John Doe and John Roe, solely on account of his age and race. Plaintiff was then falsely and maliciously prosecuted with committing a crime. Thereafter, Plaintiff was incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably on 1/27/22. As a result of this incident, Plaintiff sustained permanent bodily injury to his head, neck, back and limbs.
