Complaint
Description: On May 20, 2023, the Plaintiff visited her terminally ill father, Frank Vadala. Despite having received permission from her father, the Plaintiff was met with resistance from her cousin, Marie Vicidomini, leading to a physical altercation in which Vicidomini assaulted her. NYPD Officers Falzarano, Guglielmo, and Robles failed to verify with Vadala that he had allowed his daughter to visit. Instead of investigating the injuries suffered by the Plaintiff, Officer Guglielmo misrepresented the situation to Officer Falzarano. Officer Guglielmo shifted the narrative to focus on trespass by asking family members leading questions and subsequently, Vicidomini altered her account to falsely allege the Plaintiff had as...
