Description: On or about July 22nd, 2010, Plaintiffs RALPHELL DAVIS and infant Plaintiffs JANTAE DAVIS and JONATHAN DAVIS, JALISA DAVIS and JAYLA DAVIS were tenants lawfully residing at an apartment; Plaintiffs JAZAMINE DAVIS and her son, JAIDEN DAVIS, were visitors lawfully present at the apartment. Defendants Detective Arienda and NYPD officers (John Doe #1-10) burst into the apartment without prior warning. Defendants Arienda and the officers had guns drawn, pointed at Plaintiffs, and broke down the door to the apartment with a sledgehammer.
