Description: On or about July 9th, 2020, Plaintiff was lawfully within his apartment at 222 East 119th Street. At or about 6:25 am, plaintiff was asleep in his bed when Detective Quinn Sealey and other defendant officers (together the "defendants"), fully dressed in tactical gear, violently smashed his door down and aimed automatic weapons at him and his son. Defendants then grabbed and manhandle the plaintiff bringing him to the ground where he was handcuffed and searched. A number of personal items and valuables were taken including 2 rolex watches and $31,000 in cash in lawful disability payment arrears. These items were never returned to plaintiff.
