Bryant, came to her home, attempted to enter her home, and forcibly pushed the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff punched Bryant in response and went to the precinct to report the incident. Description: On March 9, 2021 Dibo Hafif's home was surrounded by by 150 rioters at 8PM. Hafif called the NYPD and they sent 4 officers to take a report, the report was made for inciting a riot by Officer Parisi. Officer Parisi promised that him and his unit would arrest the rioters if they did not stop. The NYPD left 1 police car and the officers did not get out of their car. Once the officers left, the crowd grew to over 1,000 and they stayed until 2AM.
