Description: On or about June 20, 2024 Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of an intersection when PO Michael Delossantos, PO John Doe, and PO John Roe falsely accused Plaintiff of committing crimes. POs aggressively and falsely arrested Plaintiff, taking him into custody for over 24 hours. Plaintiff was subjected to a malicious prosecution and was compelled to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated. Plaintiff was deprived of liberty, subjected to scorn ridicule, embarrassment, suffered reputational damages, and great and permanent bodily injury in and about his head, neck, back, body, and limbs as a result of this incident.
