Description: On June 3, 2022, in Brooklyn, the plaintiff CHRISTOPHER FOYE was driving on Shore Parkway in when he was stopped by Defendants NYPD Officers YENKIAH and DOE 1 – DOE 2 arrived later -- who falsely claimed he had failed to stop at a stop sign. The plaintiff complied with the Defendants request for his driving license, providing them with his license, insurance, and registration—all valid and lawful. Despite this provision, the defendants arrested and handcuffed him, causing wrist injuries. The handcuffs were overly tight, and despite complaints, the defendants did not adjust them.
