Description: On December 20, 2023, Plaintiff Kerron Hendrickson, was approached, assaulted and battered by Defendants Police Officer Kaelan Jones and John Does (Police Officers unidentified). The assault and battery consisted of Plaintiff being grabbed, punched in the face repeatedly, pulled out of his car, thrown against the car, had his arms violently twisted and pulled behind him and was forcefully placed in handcuffs.
He was then taken to the 75th Precinct without receiving timely medical attention for the injuries sustained during an assault and battery by police officers while in custody in the precinct.
