Description: Plaintiff was driving her car when Defendant Mack stuck her window and screamed at Plaintiff. When Plaintiff questioned Defendant Mack's actions, he became irate and repeatedly struck Plaintiff's car and tried to strike Plaintiff and open the car door. Plaintiff called 911 for assistance, two more officers arrived, and also assaulted Plaintiff and tightly handcuffed her.
