Description: On March 13, 2014 at approximately 7:40 a.m., Plaintiff was lawfully inside her motor vehicle dropping her daughter off at school when Defendant PO, in the car directly behind Plaintiff, repeatedly honked her car horn. Complaint
Description: On May 5, 2013, at 314 W. 44th Street, NY, NY, Plaintiff was wrongfully touched, grabbed, searched, handcuffed, seized, and arrested by defendants without an arrest warrant or search warrant. Plaintiff was denied prompt and necessary medical treatment. Plaintiff was brought to a local police precinct where he was criminally processed and fingerprinted. Plaintiff was released later that day. Plaintiff was issued two DATs titled "complaint/ information" and given a future court date. Defendants filed DATs in the New York Criminal Court for the purpose of falsely accusing plaintiff of violations of criminal laws. On July 10, 2013, all charges against Plaintiff were dismissed.
