Description: On May 28, 2023, the plaintiff, while lawfully present outside his home at 2020 East 41st Street in Kings County, New York, was unlawfully arrested by police officers without probable cause. The plaintiff had called an ambulance for a friend's daughter who was experiencing mental distress, and while waiting for the ambulance, he attempted to allow the officers to speak with the girl's parents.
